Eswatini Vogue began as a fitting room on Nkoseluhlaza Street and grew into a luxury online destination for two countries. We serve Mbabane, Manzini, Ezulwini and every town in Eswatini, and deliver across South Africa from Johannesburg to Cape Town, with custom tailoring and fashion consultations by appointment.

These policies apply to every purchase from Eswatini Vogue, whether made online, on WhatsApp or at the Manzini boutique. They are written in plain language so that you know exactly what to expect from us, and what we ask of you. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Eswatini or South Africa.

Orders and payment

Pay by Visa card, FNB, MoMo or Capitec, send proof of payment, and your pieces are reserved for 48 hours.

  • All prices are shown in South African Rands (ZAR). Eswatini customers pay the same amount in Emalangeni, which is pegged one to one to the Rand.
  • Payment options: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Instant EFT at checkout, processed on PayFast's secure page so your card details never touch our website; FNB Eswatini account 62609244512 or FNB South Africa account 62825637179 (beneficiary Siphosonkhe Sikhosana); MTN MoMo retail code 069381 or MoMo number 76859803; Capitec account 2360714038 (MS PN Vilakati, 083 243 3556). We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • When you place an order, the owner confirms availability on WhatsApp. Your pieces are reserved for 48 hours; if payment has not reflected by then, the reservation is released.
  • Please send proof of payment on WhatsApp so we can dispatch quickly. Your order is confirmed only once the payment reflects in our account.
  • Every order receives a reference number. Keep it for delivery updates and any query.

Delivery

Eswatini R60 for orders above R800 or R90 below. South Africa door to door R120.

  • All orders are delivered. Shipping to Eswatini is R60 for orders above R800 and R90 for orders below R800; door-to-door courier within Eswatini is available on request at 35% of your invoice.
  • South Africa: door-to-door delivery at R120 standard, anywhere in the country.
  • Orders are dispatched once payment reflects and arrive within 7 days. You will receive a WhatsApp message when your parcel is dispatched and a tracking reference where the courier provides one.
  • Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the details were wrong or nobody was available, the second delivery is charged again.
  • South African customers are responsible for any duties or clearance charges the courier may request at the border. We will tell you in advance if we expect any.

Personal shopping and errands

The owner shops for you. Runner fee 35% of the total cost, plus shipping.

  • The personal shopping (runner) fee is 35% of the total cost of the items, plus shipping.
  • Book a personal shopping slot on the website calendar. The R200 booking fee is not refundable and counts toward your runner fee.
  • You receive a quote on WhatsApp before anything is bought. Nothing is purchased until you approve the quote and the payment reflects.
  • Shipping to Eswatini is R60 for orders above R800 and R90 below R800. South African door-to-door delivery is R120 standard.
  • Personal shopping purchases follow the store's no exchange, no refund policy. Please check sizes and details on the quote carefully.

No exchange, no refund

All sales are final. Please check size and colour carefully before you pay.

  • Eswatini Vogue does not offer exchanges or refunds. Every sale is final once payment has been made.
  • Please use the size guide, and ask the concierge or the owner on WhatsApp about fit, fabric and colour before you order. We are happy to send extra photographs or measurements of any piece.
  • A free fitting at the Manzini boutique is the surest way to get the right size before you buy.
  • Custom made, altered and sale pieces are likewise final sale.
  • If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, see the section below.

Damaged or incorrect items

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right.

  • We inspect every piece before it leaves the boutique. If something still arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it, with a photograph.
  • We will collect the item at our cost and replace it with the correct or undamaged piece. Where a replacement is not possible, we will resolve it with you as required by the consumer protection laws of Eswatini or South Africa.
  • Wear and tear, damage caused by washing against the care label, or alterations made elsewhere are not covered.

Custom fitting and tailoring

50% deposit to start, balance on collection. Two fittings included.

  • Custom pieces and alterations are quoted after a fitting or measurements. A 50% deposit confirms the order and covers fabric and cutting, so it is non refundable once work has started.
  • The balance is paid when the finished piece is collected or before it is dispatched.
  • Two fittings are included in the price. Additional fittings or changes to the design after cutting are quoted separately.
  • Turnaround is agreed in writing on WhatsApp when the deposit is paid. Occasion and bridal pieces should be ordered at least 6 weeks ahead.
  • Because custom pieces are made to your measurements they cannot be exchanged. If the fit is not as agreed at the final fitting we adjust it at no charge.

Appointments and personal shopping slots

Fittings by appointment. Personal shopping slots carry a R200 booking fee, not refundable, counted toward your runner fee.

  • Fittings, style consultations, private viewings and occasion styling are booked through the website concierge or on WhatsApp, and confirmed personally by the owner.
  • Personal shopping slots: book a date and time on the website calendar and the owner shops for you. A R200 booking fee secures the slot and is not refundable; it forms part of your 35% runner fee. The owner sends payment details on WhatsApp, and the slot is confirmed once the fee reflects.
  • Available slots are shown when you book. A slot that is not paid within 24 hours is released to other clients.
  • Please arrive on time for boutique appointments; we hold your slot for 15 minutes. To change or cancel, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. The personal shopping booking fee is not refunded on cancellation.
  • The boutique is open Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00, and closed on Sundays. WhatsApp stays online.

Your privacy

We use your details only to serve you. We never sell them.

  • We keep your name, phone number, email and delivery address only to process orders, deliveries, appointments and enquiries.
  • We never sell or share your details with anyone other than the courier delivering your parcel.
  • Photographs of customers in our pieces are shared on Instagram only with their permission.
  • You can ask us on WhatsApp or by email to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time.
